More production capacity for control cabinets
This year, we have completed several projects, wich have increased our production capacity of control cabinets and control panels in line with our customers' needs and Industry 4.0 standards.
Our next investment in the expansion and upgrade of our machine park with the addition of CNC machining center Perforex 2101 MT and cutting center Secarex AC 18, involved acquiring new production and storage space in hall 10, in the Euro-Center in Katowice, with a total usable area of 1,000 m². This is another location for Blumenbecker Polska, in addition to hall 6 and the main production location in hall 5.
With two 4-axis CNC machining centers: Steinhauer and Perforex, we can guarantee continuous production in the case of a sudden machine breakdown, so we can meet any production deadline for our customers, together with the high quality of the control cabinets.
Our machinery park includes:
- Perforex Milling Terminal 2101 - a 4-axis CNC machine center can preconfigure non-standard housings, enclosures, and control panels. It can also be used for automatic machining of flat and hexagon-shaped parts through hole drilling, threading and making cut-outs with machining precision of ± 0.2 mm and maximum spindle rotational speed of 21,000 rpm.
- Secarex ACV18 - cutting center used for optimized trimming of ducts, cable trays and mounting rails. Secarex generates minimal cabling waste based on input data (from EPLAN Pro Panel). The integrated label printer is used for individual rail and duct labeling.
- Steinhauer eCab Work Cente - since 2009, this CNC center is with us. Steinauer enables peripheral milling for large thread production (up to M63) and provides fully pneumatic clamping of boxes and non-removable enclosers up to max. 1.600 h x 1.000 w x 1.600 d Mm.In addition, Steinhauer can connect to various CAD Autodesk electrical planning systems, like: AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT. For simplified drawing creation, import of DXF and STEP files is also possible.
- EPLAN Electric P8 - a software for the electrical design engineering system, which generates design documentation, reports and provides all engineering data at each manufacturing stage. It's a fundamental component of the entire manufacturing process.
