Research platform for advanced robotic technologies
Project number: CZ.01.1.02/0.0/0.0/16_092/0008978
Program: Potenciál, OP PIK
Goal of the project: The main objective of the project was to expand the company's capacity for research, development and innovation. Within the project, two research and innovation capacities were created in Bezděčín and Brno. In Bezděčín, a robotics laboratory is available within the so-called digital factory for testing new technologies in the field of design and optimization of production lines with industrial robots. In Brno, a robotic machining laboratory is in operation with a focus on milling and finishing applications such as deburring.
The research infrastructure can be accessed by other users as a commercial service. This includes opportunities to test robotic machining and programming methods. Another possibility is to test procedures for a robotic digital factory according to the Industry 4.0 standard. In both cases, these are very specific technologies: the price of the service will therefore be determined based on the needs of the individual user.
