Robot Operator Training
Professional training for KUKA industrial robot operators - invest in your team's
expertise!
We organise top-quality training for KUKA industrial robot operators that is ideal for professionals looking for practical knowledge and experience. The training takes place in Blumenbecker Slovakia's modern robotics centre in Bratislava, equipped with fully functional KUKA robots with various types of KRC controllers, including robots with VW standard.
• Hands-on experience: Try working on high-end equipment in real conditions.
• Language flexibility: Training is available in both Slovak and English.
• Efficient groups: Small groups (3-6 participants) guarantee individual approach and maximum efficiency.
We offer our customers four types of training tailored to the needs of beginners and advanced robot operators with different generations of KUKA controllers.
KRC2/VKRC2 Beginner Training
Beginner Robot Training Programme:
Basics of robot safety and information on the robot safety concept
Introduction to the KUKA robot control programming environment
Manual movement of the robot, learning about the types of robot coordinate systems
Basic programming in the KRC2/VKRC2 environment - working with the program navigator
Creating basic programs with logic and conditions
Correction of selected points, modification of programs
Tool definition
Base definition
Entering tool load data
Mastering the robot with KRC2 control (Putting the robot in position 0)
The training is concluded with a theoretical exam and a practical test. Participants will receive certificates for qualified user work with KUKA robots with KRC2/VKRC2 control.
- Course duration: 3 days
- Minimum number of participants: 3
- Maximum number of participants: 6
