Transport console for switch cabinets
Safe and flexible handling
In order to manufacture a switchgear cabinet, the individual switch cabinets must first be assembled and then fitted with components. For this purpose, it is usually necessary to transport the switch cabinet again and again through the manufacturing process, from mechanical production through wiring and quality testing to transport.
Conventional transport systems such as a lift or trolley are difficult to handle and unstable. We have therefore developed a transport console for our own switchgear production that meets the requirements of the manufacturing process. The load capacity per transport console is 720 kg.
Advantages of the transport console
- safe, economical, ergonomic, durable
- No trolley or tensioning belt necessary for transport
- Once fixed, the control cabinet can be moved easily
- Safe fixing, unlike transport on a trolley or pallet
- Safe internal transport
- Doors can be opened and closed at any time
- space-saving, as no additional holders stand out
Test the transport console and convince yourself of the quality.

Reference customer
» For several months now, we have been using the Blumenbecker transport consoles in daily continuous operation and we are more than convinced of the handling and cost-effectiveness of the product. We can work much more efficiently with them and we are planning to change the internal conventional switchgear transport completely. «
