Inspection and testing is performed on the basis of predefined checklists that comply with all manufacturer’s instructions and legal regulations. The checklists can be adjusted in line with changes in specifications at any time.

Rapid Response

The test report is issued to you immediately after the inspection. If the inspection should bring any defects to light, our inspector has access to all necessary spare parts and can immediately issue a tender for repair, which you will receive without loss of time.

Legally compliant filing

The document portal contains all reports, instructions and other documents relating to your equipment items. The system constitutes a legally compliant filing system and is available for all operating equipment used in your firm, regardless of who the inspections are performed by. Maintenance portal One place for everything

Blumenbecker Industrial Service 4.0 provides instant, current visibility into your equipment’s maintenance and inspection status, upcoming work and related documents, all at the push of a button.

Our technicians attach stickers onto your equipment that contain an RFID chip and are labelled with a bar code and QR code. The stickers are highly resistant to dust, extreme temperatures and dirt. By scanning the chip or bar code, technicians can immediately pull up on their tablet all the information about a particular item of equipment.

Once an item has been clearly identified, technicians can then proceed with the inspection using a specified check list that meets all manufacturer requirements and legal provisions. The list can be updated to reflect current requirements at any time.

You receive the inspection report as soon as the inspection is done. We also offer a documentation system to hold all your reports, manuals or other equipment documents. With our system, you can store your documentation on certified servers, ensuring total regulatory compliance and reducing your liability while still having the freedom to plan inspections well in advance. This system can be used for all the equipment at your company, regardless of who conducts your inspections.
