Blumenbecker acquires Eisenwaren Niehof GmbH
in Rheda-Wiedenbrück First location in the region of westphalia lip

With effect as of November 1, 2021, Beckum-based Blumenbecker Industriebedarf GmbH will acquire the business activities of Eisenwaren Niehof GmbH in Rheda-Wiedenbrück. The company was founded in 1984 and is known beyond the borders of Westphalia for its high-quality ironware, particularly in the field of fastening technology.

Olaf Lingnau, Managing Director of Blumenbecker Industriebedarf GmbH, is looking forward to the future cooperation: "With the acquisition, we are combining two successful companies which are well positioned in the market. In this way, customers benefit not only from the well-known Niehof range, but also from access to our extended PREMIUM product range with a broad international branch network."

Managing director Edith Niehof will stay with Blumenbecker at the new location for a few more months before taking her well-deserved retirement: "I am convinced that my business and my staff will be in good hands with Blumenbecker. The acquisition will ensure continuity of supply for our business partners. We will benefit from the Blumenbecker Group's modern systems, especially in electronic order processing and the possibilities in C-parts management," Edith Niehof is convinced.
